Initial Zirconia Disk Multilayer Elite

GC Initial Zirconia Disk Multilayer Elite are pre-sintered milling blanks made of zirconium dioxide for use in CNC milling machines for the manufacture of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers and zirconium dioxide assemblies for two-piece abutments or hybrid abutments for dental prostheses.

Being engineered to deliver the perfect balance of high strength and exceptional aesthetics, they are the ideal choice for both anterior and posterior restorations.

Their stunningly natural gradient, from cervical to incisal, in shade as well as translucency, mimicks the natural tooth structure in the best possible way.

The GC Initial Zirconia Disk Multilayer Elite are available in all 16 V-shades and 3 bleach types, in 14, 16, 20 & 25mm thick disks with a diameter of 98,5mm disk

• Superior aesthetics
  Besides the true-to-nature shade gradient, the GC Initial Zirconia Disk Multilayer Elite also features a translucency gradient. By blending 4Y-TZP and highly translucent 5Y-TZP zirconia powders, an increased translucency in the transition to the incisal area is achieved from 45% to 49%.

• High strength
  The seamless transition between layers ensures a gradual and consistent strength progression within the disk. Classified as a Class V according to DIN EN ISO 6872 with a flexural strength mean value of > 1.100 MPa.

• Omni-functional
  Versatile and suitable for a broad range of clinical indications: from single crowns up to multi-unit implant bridges.Fast sintering or regular sintering. Depending on the desired aesthetical outcome, a variety of efficient GC Initial workflows like
