Topics and techniques covered in this course will help attendees approach All on X cases with confidence as they learn which parts of the workflow, whether it is digital or analog, they should focus their efforts based on skill level and experience. The goal is to create a road map for their journey into this ever-evolving world of digital dentistry that will build their confidence as they approach more complex cases resulting in increased production with consistent results.
 

Instructional Objectives:

  • Case / material selection – overview on materials
  • Data transfer (digital or analog) – accepting data from IOS digital impressions or desktop scanner with analog impressions
  • Incorporating jaw movements into the digital design using Zebris digital Facebow
  • Case design – all on x design concepts using Exocad based software
  • Nesting concepts – key points to consider ensuring a successful milling outcome
  • Finishing – proper finishing techniques for Zr in green and sintered state, Lithium Disilicate – milled or pressed and PMMA
  • Attendees will complete a Zolid Bion Zr restoration with GC Initial® ZR-FS and GC Initial® IQ Lustre Pastes ONE and Ceramill PMMA with OPTIGLAZE color (dentin/tissue) - Additional Demo with GRADIA® PLUS segment tissue build up
  • Overview of cements/adhesive options
